The standard
What’s true on every engagement.
You own the account
We work inside your Google Ads account through delegated access. No password sharing, no hostage data. Revoke access in one click, and the history stays with you.
Tracking before traffic
Conversion tracking is configured and verified before spend starts. Forms, calls, and offline conversions where relevant. No tracking, no launch.
Reporting on what pays
Reports lead with leads, cost per lead, and spend. Impressions and CTR are context, never the headline. If a number isn't actionable, it's not in the report.
The process
From first look to scaling budget.
Typical timeline for a new build. Audit-only engagements finish at step one.
Audit before we touch anything
Days 1–3We don't rebuild a campaign until we understand why the current one is failing. Search terms, match types, tracking, quality scores, landing pages. You get the findings in writing whether or not you hire us.
Build the structure properly
Days 4–10Tightly themed ad groups, deliberate match types, negative keyword lists from day one, and conversion tracking wired up and verified before a single ad goes live.
Launch and read the data
Weeks 2–4Controlled budget, daily search term review in the first two weeks. We cut what wastes and double down on what books. This is where most of the savings come from.
Scale what converts
Month 2 onwardOnce cost per lead is stable and predictable, we push budget into the winners and expand into adjacent keywords, locations, and campaign types.
Do you guarantee a number of leads or sales?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Results depend on your market, your budget, your pricing and how fast you follow up. What we do commit to is a properly structured account, verified conversion tracking, and honest reporting on cost per lead — so you always know exactly what your money is buying.
Do your prices include the ad spend?
No. Management fees and ad spend are separate. You pay Google directly from your own account, which means you keep full ownership of the account, the data and the history — even if we stop working together.
Do you set up conversion tracking?
Yes, on every engagement, and it's non-negotiable. Form submissions, phone calls, and where relevant offline conversions and GA4. Without it, every optimisation decision is guesswork.
Do you need access to my Google account?
We never need your Gmail password. Google Ads supports proper delegated access — you invite our manager account, we work inside yours, and you can revoke access in one click at any time.
My Google Ads account got suspended. Can you help?
Usually, yes. Suspensions typically come down to billing mismatches, policy violations in ad copy or landing pages, or a flagged site. We'll identify the cause, prepare the fixes, and handle the appeal. Send us the suspension notice and we'll tell you where you stand.
My ads got disapproved for malicious software. What now?
That flag is almost always about your site rather than your ads — an outdated plugin, an injected script, or a bad redirect. It has to be cleaned at the source, re-scanned, and then appealed. We'll walk you through exactly what needs to change.
What's the minimum ad budget I should have?
As a rule of thumb, most local service businesses need somewhere around $1,000–$1,500 a month in ad spend for the data to be meaningful within a reasonable window. Below that we can still help, it just takes longer to learn what works.
How quickly will I see results?
A new build typically goes live inside 7–10 days. The first two weeks are data collection and pruning. Most accounts reach a stable, predictable cost per lead somewhere in weeks three to six.
Meta & Paid Social
Search is working and you want a second channel.
