Privacy policy

RevRiderz (getrevriderz.com) is a Google Ads team based in Lahore, Pakistan, working with businesses and marketing agencies in the US, UK, Canada and Australia. In this policy, “we” means RevRiderz. Questions about it go to hello@getrevriderz.com.

What you send us. When you request an audit or contact us, the form asks for your name, business name, email, phone number, industry, location, website, rough ad spend and any notes you add. We only get what you type in.

Google Ads account data. If you give us access to an ad account, we see what Google Ads shows a user with that access: campaigns, keywords, search terms, spend and conversions. For a free audit we ask for read-only access.

Booking a call. Calls are booked through Google Calendar’s booking page, which collects your name and email under Google’s privacy policy.

How the site is used. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used, including when a form is sent or a booking link is clicked. It uses cookies and records things like your approximate location, device and browser. It does not receive what you type into our forms. Every visitor can accept or decline these cookies in the banner. In the UK, EU, EEA and Switzerland analytics stays off until you click Accept.

Server logs. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard logs such as IP address and browser type to run and secure the site.

• To run the audit you asked for and send you the results.
• To reply to you, set up a call, and quote for work.
• To manage your ad account if you hire us.
• To understand which pages help visitors, and improve the site.

• We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We don’t add you to a mailing list because you asked for an audit.
• We don’t share your ad account data, or your clients’ data if you’re an agency, with anyone outside our team. We’ll sign an NDA on request.
• We never ask for your Google password. Access is granted, and removed, from inside your own account.

A few services process data on our behalf, only to do their job for us:

• Netlify hosts the website.
• Resend delivers your form submission to our inbox by email.
• Google provides Analytics, Calendar booking, email and Google Ads itself.

These companies may store data outside your country, including in the United States.

Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to reply, do the work, and keep normal business records. When we stop working on an ad account, our access is removed and the data stays in your account, not with us. Ask us and we’ll delete what we hold about you, unless we have to keep it by law.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@getrevriderz.com. We reply within 30 days.

You can remove our access to your Google Ads account at any time from Admin → Access and security in Google Ads. You can change your cookie choice any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page, block analytics cookies in your browser, or use Google’s opt-out add-on.

If you’re in the UK or EU, we rely on your request (to run the audit or the work you asked for), our legitimate interest in running the site, and your consent for analytics cookies. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

The site runs over HTTPS, and access to ad accounts goes through Google’s own permission system, never shared passwords. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep access limited to the people working on your account.

This site is for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
